Classroom educators are the bedrock of communities, but today's teacher shortage is very real and has affected millions of families and school systems on every continent. As a result, learning communities all over the world are faced with an unstable and inadequate supply of teachers who can effectively provide future generations with the tools, skills, and guidance necessary to succeed and become valuable contributors in today's society. Despite this reality, there are many dedicated, high-value educators (like you!) who are still committed to fulfilling the call to do this important work, along with many schools that actually prioritize passion and purpose when seeking like-minded teachers to join their teams.
At Practice What You Teach, creative problem-solving and connecting talented teachers with purpose-driven schools is not just part of our mission—it’s something we do every day. We understand the role of building relationships when it comes to transforming schools and know that when teachers feel supported and satisfied in their work, they are more likely to stay in their essential roles as educators. So, whether you're an educator who's looking to elevate your career or a growing school that urgently needs to fill a faculty or staff position, our team is well-equipped to pivot with you and respond to your individual needs.
With our suite of coaching and consulting services, Practice What You Teach will meet you where you to support you on your journey of continuous improvement.
